Introducing The Apache Kid: A Bourbon Barrel Aged Double Mash Imperial Wheat Stout from the prestigious American Outlaws Series by Amager Bryghus.

This formidable brew pays tribute to the legendary Apache Kid, a White Mountain Apache born on the San Carlos Reservation. From an early age, he showed exceptional skills and became a trusted member of the US Army native scouting corps, rising to the rank of sergeant under the guidance of Al Sieber.

In honor of his indomitable spirit, this Imperial Wheat Stout underwent a meticulous double mash process and spent 14 months maturing in Kentucky Straight Bourbon barrels from the esteemed 1792 distillery. The result is a robust and complex brew, blending the richness of Pilsner, Munich, Roasted Barley, Chocolate, and Cara-Munich 2 malts with the smoothness of Wheat malt.

Expect a symphony of flavors, where the deep notes of roasted malt and chocolate intertwine with the subtle sweetness of bourbon, creating a harmonious balance. With Summit and Cascade hops adding a touch of bitterness, this stout delivers a bold and unforgettable experience.

Raise your glass to The Apache Kid and savor this remarkable bourbon barrel-aged masterpiece, a true testament to the courage and legacy of an American Outlaw.
