At the forefront of Littoral's hop lineup is the impressive Mega Motueka, a hop variety known for its vibrant tropical fruit character. This hop steals the show, infusing the beer with enticing notes of juicy lime, zesty lemon, and a hint of tropical sweetness. Complemented by Motueka, Kohia Nelson, and NZ Cascade hops, Littoral offers a rich and complex hop profile that unfolds with each sip.
The use of Miel, which translates to "honey" in French, adds a touch of natural sweetness that harmonizes with the hop flavors. This delicate balance creates a beer that is both luscious and refreshing, reminiscent of a lazy day spent by the sea.
